From the moment you wake up, you are immersed in the magic of Goa. As you walk to the shala beneath swaying palm trees, the sounds of birdsong and the gentle stir of the waking village set the tone for a peaceful and enriching day

Your morning begins with meditation and a carefully guided yoga practice, followed by a nourishing breakfast that prepares you for an insightful lecture or process session.

The long midday break offers the perfect opportunity to recharge—whether that means reading a book, taking a dip in the Arabian Sea, indulging in a relaxing massage, or simply unwinding on the beach with a fresh juice in hand.

As the day winds down, we come together for an evening yoga session, finishing just in time to witness Goa’s breathtaking sunset. A refreshing shower, a delicious dinner, and time spent connecting with the group or locals create the perfect ending to a fulfilling day.

Mandrem – Goa, India

Mandrem Beach is one of the few remaining quiet beaches in Goa, offering a peaceful and undisturbed setting for deep relaxation and inner work. We like to call it Yoga Beach—a place that offers the perfect environment for reconnecting with yourself. Surrounded by soft sands, swaying palm trees, and the soothing rhythm of the Arabian Sea, it invites you to slow down and simply be. Just a little to the left, you’ll find Silent Beach, a secluded stretch of coastline where turtles come to lay their eggs, adding to the area's natural serenity.

Our retreat takes place at Dunes Holiday Village, a tranquil and welcoming space that becomes your home throughout the journey. Nestled in nature, it offers a safe and comfortable setting where you can fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience.
